   If you need ground beef fast, this is it. However, the amount of fat in the meat makes it shrink quite a lot. It does have a good flavor and it is easy to use. That being said, if you can find ground beef on sale at a regular butcher or grocery store it would be better.

   This is ground beef. Meaning that it used to be a steak or a roast, but they chopped it up real small ao that people with no teeth can eat it. They also left just the perfect amount of fat in it, and it is real beef fat - its not that cheap, remanufacured stuff from overseas. It's the real deal.

   with meat being ridiculously expensive these days this is by far the best cheapest hamburger meat there is on the market. although it does produce a lot of water and fat contents it doesn't fry down to nothing... I highly recommend this product

   Groceries have got so expensive so I started buying different brands. Different sizes landed on this and I am very happy about it. Great taste. I usually buy a leaner meat, but I have no issues with this. It puts up a little more grease. I just strain it.. It’s great. It’s flavorful I actually think I might like it more.

   it's good ground meat but you still have to drain the grease which there is a lot of it's definitely perfect for lasagna or something like that but for people who have to worry about their cholesterol I would suggest you use ground chuck instead but if you are working with a budget it'll work in a pinch
