1) Slow-cooking / Stewing (Tender & Collagen-Rich Broth)
Sear oxtail in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side to lock in flavor.

Simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours until the meat is fork-tender and the broth becomes rich and velvety.
