Cooking Methods
Pan-sear (quick): Rest to room temp 10β15 min β sear over medium-high 3β4 min/side β finish on medium 3β5 min.
Grill/BBQ: 200β230 Β°C (400β450 Β°F) 5β7 min/side; for extra tenderness, wrap and finish at 160β180 Β°C for 60β90 min.
Oven roast: 180β200 Β°C for 25β35 min; for softer texture, cover and roast at 160 Β°C for 45β60 min.
Slow-cook/braise: Sear first β add onion/garlic/herbs and stock or red wine β low simmer 90β150 min until fork-tender.
Air fryer: 200 Β°C (390β400 Β°F) for 10β14 min, flip halfway; rest 3β5 min.
Storage & Food Safety
Keep frozen at β18 Β°C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator.
