Cooking Methods
Pan-sear (quick): Rest to room temp 10–15 min → sear over medium-high 3–4 min/side → finish on medium 3–5 min.
Grill/BBQ: 200–230 °C (400–450 °F) 5–7 min/side; for extra tenderness, wrap and finish at 160–180 °C for 60–90 min.
Oven roast: 180–200 °C for 25–35 min; for softer texture, cover and roast at 160 °C for 45–60 min.
Slow-cook/braise: Sear first → add onion/garlic/herbs and stock or red wine → low simmer 90–150 min until fork-tender.
Air fryer: 200 °C (390–400 °F) for 10–14 min, flip halfway; rest 3–5 min.
Storage & Food Safety
Keep frozen at −18 °C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator.
Keep raw and ready-to-eat foods separate; wash hands and surfaces.
Do not refreeze once fully thawed.
