1) Oven Dry-Roast — crispy edges, juicy inside
🔥 200–220 °C (400–425 °F), 25–35 min total; flip once at mid-time.
🧂 Rub: salt, black pepper, garlic powder; finish with lemon zest & fresh herbs.
👉 Tip: For extra tenderness, cover with foil and finish 160 °C (320 °F) 30–40 min.
2) BBQ/Grill — smoky, caramelized
Preheat grill medium-high.
⏱️ 5–7 min per side direct heat → move to indirect 160–180 °C (320–355 °F) 20–30 min.
Sauce ideas: chimichurri / cumin-salt / honey-mustard glaze.
3) Slow-Cook/Braise — fall-off-the-bone
Sear both sides → add onion, garlic, star anise, bay leaf; stock or water to 1/3 depth.
🔥 Simmer 90–150 min covered, until fork-tender.
Variations: herbal soup (goji, red dates), tomato-rosemary, curry-style.
4) Air Fryer — quick & crispy
200 °C (390–400 °F), 12–16 min, flip once; rest 5 min before serving.

Keep frozen at −18 °C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator (never at room temp).
Separate raw and ready-to-eat foods; sanitize cutting boards and knives.
Do not refreeze once fully thawed.
For whole cuts, cook to preferred doneness; for braises, cook until fork-tender.
